Not compatible with my motorola Xoom . But as long as it's only creative mode I don't really want it anyways. Survival is a huge part of Minecraft for me.

Is Survival Mode going to be added later on? Or are the portable versions only going to be just Creative Mode? (if that would be the case= me sad).
Any news about the iOS version? Because I don't own an Android thingy.

1. It's only at Alpha 0.1.1. They're likely to add a lot of stuff from now until full release.
2. iOS is coming later. The reason Android gets it before is because Xperia Play gets it first and porting it from that to Android is as simple as adding touch controls.
