I apologize if this had been asked before, or if this is the wrong section. I live in Fort McMurray and my entire city has been evacuated for more than two weeks because of wildfires. As such, I'm away from my computer and Wii U and haven't had the time to follow to scene much lately.

My five year old son is a huge Mario and Minecraft fan, so I was excited for him when I heard about this marriage. I read the DLC is a free download, so I was wondering if there is a way use this DLC with Loadiine? I did read that Loadiine supports paid dlc now and I'm wondering if the free stuff works too? I'm on 5.3.2 and would rather not update or spoof, so that may be another problem. Can the DLC be downloaded offline and shared or would it need to be tied to my account? Thank you in advance.

your system just needs the ticket saying you own the DLC. once you get the DLC via eshop for the first time it should be fine to download it from another source. That is my understanding anyways.

So without being able to connect to the eshop, this cannot be done?

I'm not sure, I'm on 5.3.2, spoofed to 5.5.0 with tubehax and with the nnu-patcher, I was able to download off the eshop. you'll just have to try

I'm evacuated from my city and have no idea when I'll be able to return... I am unable to test.

I thought it was as easy as putting the DLC files in the Loadiine game like in Sm4sh...guess not lol

The mario pack is an update, not dlc. I believe that you should be able to download it using uwizard. It should be immediently accessible after you put it in the game update folder.

Over at DU site, they posted it.

But I am confused on how to use it.
They provided a Extracted Folder and the instrauctions are:

    Copy/Extract folder to
    Content/WiiU/DLC

Does that mean to place that folder inside the game folder? or start from the root and create a folder called content?

Also files provided in a Update folder.
Do I over right the original game contents with the new updated files?
or do I create a updates folder for loadiine nightly 0.3 to use?

What will boot it? Smash or Wii Maker?

    Thanks guys

This is how I think it should be set up: SD:wiiu/games/Minecraft Wii U Edition [ID6]/update/v?
The ? is the version number of the update. That's where I think another set of code, content, and meta folders that contains the update files.

I don't know what the the version # is as of now. And I'm not 100% sure that Minecraft works with loadiine. Check the Loadiine compatibility list to see if it works.

You can run it in Miimaker mode as long as your Wii U user account has no linked NNID.

You can create a new account without linking a NNID if you already linked on to your primary account.

Huh. Never knew that. either way smash mode works fine but the problem is getting update v80 (mario) to load. I am unsure if its due to it having a content folder that i'll need to merge with/replace the original one, or delete it altogether. It may just take time for it to work, idk. Just cant get it to load with v80. v16 loads fine, but it has no content folder.

EDIT: Cant get it to load no matter what i try. good luck to anyone who can.

I simply copied the code, content and meta folders from the decrypted patch over the top of those same original 3 folders from an unpatched release. Overwriting any existing files.
