Hacking Minecraft DLC

I have a feeling I'll get told off for asking, but here it goes: I have searched all the good hiding places on the net, but I haven't found any kind of skin pack or dlc for Minecraft. Is this normal? I was under the impression that it has tons of dlc available and would think that someone would have uploaded one or two by now, at least. Any pointers would be helpful. Any clues at all that can point me to the right place.
