As there is no other language files than .932 you won't be able to run it in any other language than Japanese.
Grab the language patched nds file.

I really like the interface and I also like minesweeper so I'm totally downloading this!

Nice to know that the Moonlight team isn't in where the 8.9 magnitude take place in Japan, didn't get wiped off.

You can't really be sure. This homebrew came out about 3-4 days ago.

This is a nice polished piece of homebrew, love the stuff that Moonlight makes.
I use moonshell and the cooking timer quite often actually.

Also good to hear Moonlight's alright.

I play and I must say that the gameplay its really bad for me

I can see graphics are good too much (that's not bad), but the first thing I expect for this kind of game its an easy gameplay (many times its hard to put flags, and i think was better if u dont need to press any extra button to unhide boxes, only pressing the box in the screen)

If you press Start+Select, it boots Moonshell up, although audio didn't work after that.
I think that's the bug Moonlight was talking about.

I'd like to give online help.

Start+Select: Boot /moonshl2/reload.dat

Tips:
There are Practice(10*7,5), Easy(17*12,30), Normal(24*17,70), Hard(30*22,120).
If you clear Hard, you can unlock Silent(30*22,200).
