Explain me why this is better than Softmii and I install it in the minute.
I don't think anyone really cares what you do or do not install.
I know man but I want to find an easy solution to backup for my friends and I think MyWii can be that. It's not like I think I am important. Sorry for the bad sentence structure.

I dunno yet cause I am in NTSC land, but if you want an easy soloution for your friends it seems this is going to be easier to install, also to me the fact that Madworld seems to be running where it doesn't in SoftMii makes me think this is more up to date.

so this is basically softmii lite ?

2 questions

1. is there a working / valid link ?
2. do we really have to play ' find the password ' ?

i already know what most of this stuff is for , and to get me to read 27 pages of utter crap and flaming is beyond me , its not like other threads , where you are actually reading to learn and find answers ! ( which i dont have a problem with )

1- wait for the updated version wich should come today or in the near future.
2- read the first post and you will have no trouble finding the passwords.

Yes you can read, great job !!

But you're looking too far down, look at MiiWii PreRelease v0.5b (PAL) or wait until the new version comes out today.

I'm just going through the .exe now, and my, you have out done your self.

It's a great user friendly interface, completely noob proof. Really loving this new extractor, a lot more smart than the old one.

Will install in a minute. =)

Thank you for all your hard work.

Password only works in the manual for me. I had to copy and paste it to get it to work.If I don't copy and paste it says its wrong. You can't copy and paste on the installer so im screwed.

Thank you for all your hard work. Thanks for feedback! The new installer is also good to handle future updates, so less work for me and more time to work on the package.

Ah well now I feel stupid. Thanks for the help.

If I install this can I continue to keep using custom system menus? This is basically just the newest cios rev08 and cioscorpV2 right?

Is there any way to do this without a SD reader on one's computer? I normally use FTPii to transfer everything to my Wii. If I attempt to use the installer without selecting and SD drive it attempts to put everything on my C: Drive and gives a bunch of errors.

Edit: Ok, ran as admin and now have the files extracted and ready to move over to the Wii SD by FTPii. Can anyone confirm that these are all the files?

apps FOLDER
miiwii FOLDER
autoboot.dol
autorun.inf
crazyinto.xml
hacks.ini
IOS36-64-v1042.wad
miiwii.ico
RVL-mios-v8.wad

Thank you.

Yes, you can. this is newest cIOS and a mix of CIOSCORP2, CIOSCORP1 and some patched files by myself.
Be sure to install the right systemmenu BEFORE installing the package to avoid brick.
After install you can install your cSM.

Hey D-Jay.
This is the first time i tried your package...
I recently "virgined" my wii and installed 3.4E.
I used your package and now i am waiting for arc to do its thing. But it seems to be stuck.

Installing temporary IOS35 for IOS/SysMenu downgrade...
Downloading Title 1-35 v1040.....
TMD...

It doesnt go any further

I never used arc and i couldnt find anything online about this being stuck... any ideas
