ArianKordi has made a very awesome Mii Renderer which beats the one by PF2M. It has many things that PF2M's Mii renderer doesn't do. Including

• Render Nintendo Network IDs and Pretendo Network IDs
• Generate QR codes from a Mii you submitted
• Allow Miis to be rendered with 3 different shaders, ones which are made use from Wii U, Mii Studio, and Switch, the Wii U one is high quality because it looks more shiny
• Higher resolution output
• Allows conversion of Mii formats
• Renderer is open source based on a decompilation of the Wii U Mii renderer and you can find the code here http://github.com/ariankordi/FFL-Testing/tree/renderer-server-prototype/
• Future plans include rendering Miitomo exclusive expressions and pose your Miis
