Maybe someone could make a program that generates Mii's (Mii editor on your PC, lol!) with a QR-Code export function? (so you can scan it in on your 3DS from your PC.)
I don't have a 3DS (yet), but this would be awesome maybe even easier to share (Lol, a *.M3DS file!)

Based on this Mii:

The one they used on that picture is one Mii with the maximum heigth to make it less cartoonish.

This one is less tall (medium size).
