Just got a New 3ds xl and found the Mii Maker was missing. Everything else is there and, as far as I can tell, the console doesn't seem to be hacked. Is there any way I can get it back? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It happened to a New 2DS I was lent yesterday so that I could prepare a Xmas gift for a younger family member of mine... but with two important apps (Photo and Music apps). If you format the console, it ''might'' re-appear. At least it worked for me. Hope it does the same for you
