So it might but with a name as generic as this*, and with no description then few will click to see. You don't have to do the full story of the program, changelog and mission statement (indeed concise is generally better) but still best to have something.
*I know something of multimedia so I guessed midi might be to do with music. I see pi these days I think it might be for the raspberry pi family of devices.
