ROM Hack MIDI2SSEQ PROBLEM

So I got midi2sseq to hack Pokemon Black/White, and I want to convert this song [that is in MIDI format] to sseq. But when I open midi2sseq, it just opens up a black window and closes it in less than half a second. I tried drag n' drop with the midi to midi2sseq, and it did the same thing. If someone can please tell me whi this isn'w working, or at least convert it for me, I would greatly appreciate it.

1.clink in midi file and open with
2.midi2sseq

It actually happens the same to me, but I followed those instructions of "open with midi2sseq" and still it doesn't create a .sseq file.
