Gaming Microsoft Office 2007 Access Problem

My mother has a question about a problem she's been having with Microsoft Office 2007 Access and since I can't figure out the problem I want to see if you guys can help. Here's her question.

I am Building a Table by entering records in a multiple items form. I am entering the data from a "details" form. The data is supposed to automatically enter the "list" when I close the "details" form; however, the data is not entering the list. What am I doing wrong?
