Hacking MicroSD Read/Write Speed

Hi guys, just wondering if there's any recommended Read/Write speed for MicroSDs and the Gateway? I'm going to guess that any class 10 (30 mb/s and above) is more than enough, right?

I've seen people go by with even lower class SD cards. Class 10 is more than sufficient and there are zero slowdowns with it.

You're welcome. Just to make sure -- though I think it goes without saying here -- the higher class SD card you have, the faster you can write ROMs on it. With a class 10 Micro SD card you'll be waiting several minutes to write a ROM onto the card, but with even higher classes you don't have to wait as long.
It's probably obvious to you, but I thought to make sure anyway.

Yep, pretty obvious! I'm happy to wait a few extra seconds or minutes. As long as there's no lag or slowdown when playing the games, then I'm happy.

Yea, I used both a 4 class and a 10 class. Haven't noticed any improvements in latency.

All I know is my class 10 micro sd from some shitty company (verified with h2test tho so it is legit) and it loads games faster than my retail cartridges (load times and such)
