Homebrew MicroSD Management on N3DS?

Hi all..

I am wondering how people manage their SD on N3DS? I saw someone listed micro sd management tool for doing this (to save keep opening the back of the console.. I bought N3DS for the cover plates!) but i cannot find it anywhere, is it the actual Nintendo one, and where would i find it? Thanks!

Normally I use the microsd management CIA for small file transfers and my PC's SD slot for games.
