Hacking Micro SD USB

hey i just purchased an acekard 2
and it arrived today, when i insert the usb into my pc it doesnt read it although the red ligh comes on
i tried it on my brothers laptop and it worked but i really need it to work on my pc
can anyone help me out with this
i have tried every usb port on my pc and nothing works

im guessing your bro uses different operating system(windows) ive had cards that wont read on xp but read on vista, some that even wont read on vista home but read on vista ultimate

For normal the usb sd card reader should work on both: WindowsXP and Windows Vista. If it doesn't the hardware isn't very good so you have to buy another usb adapter.

I got my one when I bought R4 and it is working perfectly. Ah and may the usb adapter doesn't support sdhc and you use it with a sdhc card.
