Hacking Micro SD corrupt ?

Since yesterday my Micro sd is gettin corrupt
There stands couldn't find _ds_menu.dat and when i look on computer
i dont see files on my micro sd i formatted it (ALL MY SAVES GONE)

And now its again corrupted ?
Any fixes ?

All files are hidden then
I did show hidden files but nothin

First off, I recommend backing up your saves every now and then; I do it every time I put my SD in.

Yea i did now , i hope its not going again now
I formatted from FAT32 To Fat maybe thats better
