Hacking micro SD card problem......

So here it is i use a EDGE as for my flash card and use a 4GB micro sd...... for 5-6 months i can open it normally and after those times when i plug in my micro sd and nothing happens the auto play dosen't show if i go to my computer it hangs or not responding but i found a solution to put my games, homebrews in the sd card but i have to restart pc and turn off the internet connection and it works fine but after that i had enough of it and want to save time and know a solution about it so pls help me im begging you!

Wow, how weird. You've probably thought about this but, have you thought about getting a new micro sd?

Yeah but i still want to save it after all its a 4GB....
 
Have you tried moving everything off, formatting it with the proper sd formatter, and maybe manually rebuilding the autorun inf? (and of course moving everything back on, but trying with a fresh start first to make sure it isn't anything else)

i didnt understand you i might do it so can you give me instrutions?
 
Copy everything on the microSD card to your harddrives in it's own folder.

Format the microSD card with SD formatter: http://www.sdcard.org/consumers/formatter/

Replace the EDGE firmware/etc. with new, clean, up-to-date version.

Try it to see if it works out.

If it does, maybe COPY the items back onto the EDGE, to see if it works better/the same.

Tried it but still hangs when i open it in "My Computer" if my connection is on
