Just wondering if anyone knew of the exact codec that gives the silent footsteps effect (I'd like to not keep using the Sneaking Suit, as awesome as it is).
I've only heard about it in passing on the gamefaqs boards, and "They'll never hear me coming!!" and "Give them the silent treatment!!" only increase your camouflage index (I was heard by a guard as I crouch walked up to them, which doesn't happen with the Sneaking Suit).
I know I would need many Heroism Points, but I'm wondering if anyone knows what is the specific codec (how many exclamation points, etc.)- Thanks!
