GREAT FCKIN SUCCESS! IT WORKS! ALL 3 GAMES + MP2 MULTIPLAYER WORK WITHOUT ANY ISUESS! i'm so happy =D its 3 o'clock @ night and after hours of trying to get it run it works.

firmware: 3.2E
chip: wiikey 1.9g

i burned it on a DL+R disc on 4x. removed the update on disc with Wiizle Diizle Shiizle v1.2 and patched it to PAL. started it with Gecko OS 1.07b mod.05 @IOS250 (that is what stands on the bottom of the loader ^^). go to config and "VIDTV Patch: YES". now run the game and have fun =D.

Since you burned this on a D9, what's the LB value you applied?

What's the layer break value if burned on D9? Same as brawl?

From the NFO for the fix:

"Since some people are claiming this game doesnt work you need to set the
correct layerbreak to 2084960 and it will work fine! enclosed with this
release is also a .dvd file for setting the layerbreak"

no success on my 4.1 PAL cIOS14 wii also. I managed to create the savegame through main.dol but alternative .dol loading afterwards just reboots my wii. neither GX nor neogamma work.

use GECKOS OS and not reboot

Ok I installed GECKO OS but I can't see how to mount my WBFS disk from there. Any hints? =D

Yes used GECKO OS but do not for PAL 60 or NTSC and do not force the language ( set by default ) game is in english

Isn't Gecko OS designed for out-of-region booting rather than loading from HDD?

Wish there was a site out there that told me what all these programs were supposed to actually do, rather than just how to install them. I hear all this stuff about cIOS and Preloader and Gecko OS, and I can easily install them, but I've just got no idea what they actually do!

Just a question metroid trilogy work with the cIOScorp 3.3 ? i tried to search on google the wad files for cIOScorp 3.3 and not find , somebody have a link for this ?

I have an original copy of this game, but my wii, due to hacks, will not play dual layer 90% of the time

or wiikey. pal users with wiikey running burnt pal version with correct LB don't need gecko.

Patch the ISO to 249, install cIOS rev13a (not rev14) and the game should work perfectly.
