There's a switch in the new landing room that looks like two arrows. Access that switch to raise the platform. My problem was that I just scanned the switch, I forgot to touch and activate it.
can anyone help me? im at bryyo and just beat the whacked up lizards with the 6 arms. what do i do after that?
shit stuck, when trying to get the 2nd last energy cell for the Valhalla, cant find the dam energy cell on Byro. O and yea, had this game 2 mins after it fully released on Usenet.

never mind found it, go to the North Jungle Court in Byro, get your ship to pick up the Energy Generator. Then head to the Hidden court and get your ship to drop the energy generator and you should be able to get the cell, my younger brother found this out. Now to Valhalla to get the last energy tank and power up the ship.
o and the easter egg. on your ship menu click on the Transmission Console, the thing on the top middle of your screen, input the codes from top left to middle right

Select the second last one, looks like 2 boots
Select the 5th one, looks like 3 eyes on a face
Select the First one, looks like crap
then if you understand japanese please tell me what the japanese person says

You fight dark samus, then Aurora Unit 313, then the head
Sadly in the end, the planet explodes and the fleet escapes without SAMUS, OMG, THEY LEFT HER BEHIND AND SHE FRICKIN DIES WTF?
yes she dies in this and sadly completes the series, /cry

OK I NEED HELP!
I thought I was super smart figuring out so much in Metroid without help, but after 1 hour of pure nothing I'm over it and need help.
I'm on the Bryoon planet, and I need to destroy the western energy signature. I disabled the force field by morph balling town a tunnel, and turning a switch. I go through the door which was blocked and now im stuck. There is a beacon thing with a grapple, which I pull. It moves but then clicks back to the original position. There is also a huge ass wall in the way but I cant figure out how to get past it. The scan shows my suit is not powerful enough to blast through.
Help!

Anyways, I was able to turn on the thing that causes the stage to move up, and then I connected the two bridges, then I went and turned on the fuel by pumping the fuel thing 3 times.
Now I am stuck, what do I do now?

Disable the beacon with your grapple then let your ship blow up the big wall.
OK I'm needing help getting to the ship upgrade. I beat the ice boss and the AU told me about the ship upgrade. I went back to the original landing zone and headed for the ship upgrade area, but I'm stuck at a big statue with 4 fuel-gel pipes going into it. I get the idea that I need to destroy them, and have gotten 3 of the 4 blown away...but I can't get the 4th. It's the back-right pipe if you're standing in front of the statue with it facing you. Can't seem to figure out how to destroy it, and I saw the scan about a large structure with its battery being removed...but not sure what to do about the battery. Please help?
Do you see that stream of fuelgel pouring out of the wall to your right? Shoot that with an ice missile, morph into a ball and enter that little ball path right next to the ice you just made. The rest should be obvious

Shoot him until he is stunned, then grapple his armor and pull it off. Then shoot his head, preferably with Phazon, if you have the strength.so how to defeat rundas?
