Has it been completely fixed for Gen-D3 yet? Or are they not gonna bother?
If not, how does one downgrade from D3 to D2?

I believe there is a complete Gen-D3 fix, but you'll have to check around for it. Luckily you can just run the D2 installer and it will revert back to D2, but some people believe this is bad for the system. It's fine if you have a PSP-1000, but anything else you might want to flash back to 5.50 OFW, then go to 5.50 GEN-A and work up to D2.
