Theres an Accomplishment for Meeting Special Mii ten times.
I know i had some special mii's in the past in my plaza but the question is

Anybody ever got that?
I Really want to know.

This would probably mean streetpassing the same person with Gold Pants 10 times over. Every time a Mii comes via Spotpass it counts as a new Mii, so you'll actually have to streetpass one of the participating celebrities ten times.

The odds of that happening- not even a snowball's chance.

someone i know made a list of every gold pants mii they got since the console launch, and the did get this achivement.
i asked that before he told me.
the list he sent me:
