Gaming Messenger webcam automatically declining.

Ok so I wanted to put my webcam today on windows live messenger and it automatically declines. I clicked on the webcam icon both for me and the other person and they decline right away. The person tells me they do not even get the invite. I tried this with a few other people on my friends list and the same thing happens. Anyone know why? It used to work perfectly before.

It's a connection limitation as far as i'm aware off. I've had it several times, and a couple of moments after my internet connection died...
if the problem keeps reoccuring, you might want to contact support, or reinstall WLM.
