Gaming Merging 2 partitions

So I have 2 partitions
1st one holds the OS and all my data, the 2nd one ist empty
now I want to include the 2nd one into the 1st, so I have one big partition
anyone know a free or a trial programm to do this nice and clean?

GParted is a free open source linux tool which can do it in a snap. You can download it as it's own Live CD, or as part of the Ubuntu Live CD. It's a good fall back when the Vista partition manager doesn't work.

it's impossible to merge partitions. u have to reformat and delete one, and use the unallocated space to extend the other. the built in vista one does fine.
