Hacking ?Menu [For My DSi]

Hello I was wondering why the ?Menu appeared whenever I try to go onto my new R4 card, the DSi and the R4 card both have the latest updates and I'm pretty sure that I am using the correct firmware, here are some pictures to give you a better description of my problem. (my DSi is running Version 1.4.5E and my R4 won't run R4i-3DS V1.82b English)

Use the SD Formatter tool to prepare your Micro SD card first. Set the Format option to Full (Overwrite), and Format Size Adjustment to On. Failing that, try another Micro SD Card, preferably a decent brand.
