Wii U never got a warmboot? only ColdBoot that wasnt perfect and even DANGEROUS, like very dangerous.
Dont really know what it means, what's the name for the 3DS one? Bootstrap thing? is that a coldboot?

Coldboot or "CBHC" is only dangerous when the user installing it is careless and decides to install it using a pirated copy of a title without the proper sig patches.
There is also a danger after installing it, but that again is down to carelessness of the user deleting the title without first uninstalling the coldboot.
If you avoid doing either of these things and install coldboot on a proper purchased title, you will have zero problems and it will be 100% safe!
That's gonna be literally all of them for the next year. Nothing we can do about it.
