Gaming MegaUpload queuing tool

What tool can / should I use to queu downloads from uploadservices (like MegaUpload) so that they are consequently downloaded.
And if possible without the captcha and waiting time obstructions.

I used rapget for a while.
Works fine, no captcha but it has waiting times.

The waiting times, is it like:

The first download stops, the systems waits 45 seconds and the next download starts automatically

or

do I have to click somewhere for the next download to start?
