Hacking Megaman Star Force doesnt work..

I cant seem to get it to work. Whenever I start it, it says it cant read the card or somethin. same thing that happened with simcity and hoshigami i think. i tried to trade the arm7 file with the jap versions, but then i just get two white screens. help anyone?

I used arm7 fix thingy (got it off another topic that I can't find used the japanese rom as the doner) for G6lite and used the follow settings

No Soft Reset
Safe Mode
No Trim

and it actually worked and saved.

i tried and i still get two black screens. im using a lite too btw, with U-Disk manager 4.8a. Do i need to upgrade or something?

I just upgraded to 4.8b, i'll see if that works. if not, do you mind sending me the already patched rom? just to be sure i didnt mess something up.

i just updated to 4.8D (didnt know there was a new one.) and it still didnt work.

It works for me... I used 4.7A same settings as Prince Medion. I used the arm of hoshigami (j)

has anyone got this working on supercard with the enable gba union function checked? it works (very laggy and slow...) but freezes ALOT.

any help would be much appreciated.

I downgraded my U-manager (the pc program) to 4.7a and now it works. I used the settings listed above, and the arm7 file from Hoshigami(J)

do i need to downgrade my g6 software also? or just the U-Disk manager? Cause it still doesnt work with 4.7 U-Disk manager. Heres the steps i took to give the game the new arm7 file.

1. Use DS lazy to open and unpack Hoshigami (my english version that i replaced the arm7 file with the jap one)
2. Copy arm7 file to desktop
3. Open MMSF Dragon and unpack it
4. Replace arm7 with the one on my desktop
5. repack the rom
6. Using 4.7a U-disk, load it with Force R/W, and safe mode. Nothing else.

I still get two white screens. What am I doing wrong?

Try using the arm7 fix patcher.

Google for it, if you can't find it, I can upload it for you in a few days.

nvm, i found it on some m3 site. but it still doesnt work. I'm convinced I'm not patching it wrong, but what else could have gone wrong? Im using the most updated software on my g6, and 4.7a U-Disk manager. When loading it, I only click force r/w and safe mode.
