Megadeth or Metallica

When comparing their best albums (Master of Puppets and Rust in Peace), I would say Megadeth is a better band. Both bands declined in quality in their later years. Its close, but I'm votin for Megadeth.

Anything after the first Garage Days blows chunks, and that only leaves 3 1/2 albums that were any good. I liked Jason better when he was with Flotsam and Jetsam, how come Flotsam wasn't in the poll??

Only British Heavy Metal bands are awesome. I love Sabbath. Priest, Maiden, etc.

I was asking the same question to myself yesterday. I never heard any Megadeth songs before so I started listening some of them. And I like Metallica more.

I agree with Lazycus, I gave another chance to Death Magnetic and I love it now, but that doesnt mean that Megadeth is bad. I just like Metallica a lot more.
