OH MY GOD IT'S ACTUALLY HAPPENING

At Capcom's centennial private conference, CWMS, the five attendees got to play a variety of demos, one of which was labeled "ロクマンＸ９". (In case you don't know, ロクマンＸ is the Japanese name for the Mega Man X series.) It was, against all odds, a Mario Kart clone, proving Capcom has learned nothing from X7 and Command Mission.
Unfortunately, no gameplay footage exists as CWMS forbids anybody from recording anything within CWMS.
