I have download the medicat 20gb file. I have a usb drive F partitioned, so as the 2nd partition is G - 34 GB, which i want to become bootable partition.

When i load Ventoy2disk.EXE, when try to SELECT the desired partition G for boot installation, it appears the "drive 2048 GB F G:"
I hesitate to push "INSTALL" because it isn't clear for me, if it is reffering to the drive F or the drive G (To clarify: It could be very clear if i had 2 choices: 1. drive F and 2. drive G).
I'm afraid to proceed with the danger to format partition F.
Would you please help me how to proceed the installation?

Ventoy2Disk.exe wipes the entire drive, it doesn't care what partitioning is there. It will remove them all, and install an exFAT Partition for your data, and a 32MB boot partition for itself at the far end of the drive. So get everything you can't afford to lose off that drive first.

Hi Jayro,
If i understood well, it isn't possible to make bootable usb the 2nd NTFS partition labeled G, of the USB drive F, (THIS USB DRIVE has 2 PARTITIONS : F and G), without losing ALL DATA in the partition F? Pleas clarify.
Thank you in advance for your welcome and immediate response.
