Hacking Media Player louder than moonshell

hey is there a media player louder than moonshell as if anyone has tested morning timer, it has 200% volume for the alarm so any suggestions?
Going above the max can ruin your speakers

i'm curious... are you trying to play media while doing construction along side a major highway during rush hour when people are screaming at you? i've used moonshell in very loud areas (air ports, malls) and never had an issue with the volume boost not being loud enough to hear it. if you are really somewhere so loud that you can't hear it why not pick up a 10$ set of ear buds?

Moonshell is loud enough to make the sound quality goes so bad, it can play a sound with volume up to 400%, 200% sure is lower than 400%, have you tried to tune the volume?

never did tht... ok let me try and will get back to u
Another world - well not so crowded places make it hard to hear anything... it's not the music but the words that i can't hear which i wanna hear
Update : How do i tune the volume... can't see any option even not the circular blue orb on the top left corner has it or do i need to update moonshell

Yah - X and Y are the volume control buttons in moonshell.

i'm not attempting to be rude at all -- do you have hearing problems? i have ringing in both of my ears that can make lower volume sounds hard to hear when it is loud in the room, but i have never had an issue with moonshell. i have watched movies (and tv shows) at work, at home, at the mall, on a plane, in an air port, and a few other places. if you are at home you should pick up some external speakers. you can grab a semi-good pair for around 10$ off newegg.com. if you are on the go, just head to an electronics store and pick up a $10-$15 set of ear buds. they direct sound right into your inner ear, which will allow you to hear in very loud and crowded places as well as helping you to pick up very quiet details in spoken audio.

the r4 softreset code was never released. you don't need to update moonshell, but if you did the softreset (start menu option) would never work. only the version packaged with the firmware has the softreset code applied to it.

cheers,
