Hacking media go trouble

so i wanna get the dlc for prinny 2 and i get an error code every time i try. i get error80048a51.

my psp is on 5.50 prome-4 and i am trying to get the usa dlc for the usa release of prinny 2. i searched the error code and got no esults

cn any one tell me whats wrong? any help would be appreciated
