my aunt bought me some 3ds games from dubai
well the only problem is the bar code says it's mde
well I know it's a middle eastern 3ds game
but my 3ds is an american 3ds
will the game play on my 3ds?

Anyways, check the box better.
There should be something like IMPORTANT: For use with European/Australian/American/Japanese/Korean version of the Nintendo 3DS system only.

You don't need to buy a gateway to use their emunand either. So no extra 80$

iirc ESRB rates games in USA so it should be USA version, but do the thing i said in the previous post first.

The games are probably sealed.

It certainly is of the American region.
There may or may not be any in-game differences (aka censorship), probably not since a separate edition costs money and factory time
