Given the expression: 5x - 7 = 2368
What is the value of x?

5x-7=2368
5x=2368+7
5x=2375
x=2375/5
x=475

I was too fast. My average math grade is currently still 18.9/20 (I'm in 12th grade.)

I was too fast and realized just afterwards my phone calc don't use pemdas and so made an error

Well i used my phone wich i never do and it don't use correct order of multiplication / addition
that's why i corrected it but took a while to edit on the phone

To all you guys that can't do this, that's fine. There's nothing wrong with that. But I hope you don't want to be a programmer, or do any game development in the future. I will tell you right now you will need to know linear algebra (not this, linear algebra is a college course that comes after calculus) at the bare minimum.
