Homebrew Mass Backup in JKSM?

I need to format my 3DS and systransfer from another 3ds, and was wondering if there was anyway to do a mass backup of all cia games. That would both make me able to more easily restore them, but also have a list of games to redownload (for non Eshop Games). Any Ideas?

If you press I think L it lets you mass backup iirc

There is a certain button which does it can't remember which, someone should know that was from memory.

Also for future reference, there is a "Help" button in the cia backup menu witht the hotkeys.
