These addresses with that values unlock the superstar version of the amiibo:

000000B1 to 000000B8 = 18 8C 00 01 01 00 18 8B
000000DC = 0x01
So I made a script on XVI32 to bulk edit all 90 .bin's (with help of batch) and here they are
The attached zip contains the Superstar unlocked decrypted amiibo cards ready to use with wumiibo
Thanks to amiibo generator for providing all decrypted bins
Also I made a few cheats (USA version) with Nanquitas CTRPF Blank Plugin, GatewayRAMTools and TempAR but they might not work properly all the time (this is my first time learning/creating cheat codes)
