Has it been released as a VC title yet? If yes, then probably, if no then, wait for it to be released and there will be a dump made shortly there after.

I'm leaning towards no, because i'm sure there'd be a shitstorm all over the internets as soon as its out. heh

(but again, i'm not the end-all be-all info resource here... i just play one on TV)

Just use an emulator. That's what I did.

Nope, it was rated by australlian...ERSB thingy (what is it called). It will come to europe too (hopes)
