Hello! I currently own Mario Party 10 for upgrading a 5.1.1U System to 5.3.2, but I look everywhere and I cant find my specific game. I was able to find the red case, but I own blue. Sorry if this is pointless but im crazy paranoid with this.

Info:

Case: WUP P ABAE USZ 101585A
Disc: WUP-P-ABAE-USZ-0 MODEL NO. WUP-006(USA)
Disc ring: Made In USA PDMC CA
Back DISC Ring: J15a1401 WUP-P-ABAE-USA 00 USA S0

The firmware for the blue case is unpredictable but its most likely 5.3.2, so I guess the only to find out, is to try updating it yourself. Sorry.

Yeah, I had that doubt about Yoshi's Wooly World but I just tried it and it was 5.3.2 just like the one in the bundle.

I used a blue Mario Party 10 with a low serial number on the back of the case. I found no info, so I just went for it. I got lucky. You can also buy 5.3.2 consoles on ebay.

Mario Party isn't going to be above 5.3.2... I would almost guarantee it. I'd take the risk myself, though I assume no responsibility if for some reason it is.

From what I've been able to tell, since the bottom of the disk is WUP-P-ABAE 00 USA S0, the 00 means it's the release version (5.3.2). Only if it was 02 or 04 I'd be concerned.

Is there anyway to tell what the update will be from the box? I have an older edition wii U and just bought Mario Party for the update.

If it matches the one in the Definitive Guide, you should be good:

Case: (red case) WUP P ABAE USZ 101990A
Disc Top: WUP-P-ABAE-USA-0 Model No. WUP-006 (USA)
Disc Bottom: WUP-P-ABAE 00 JPN S0
Firmware: 5.3.2

If the case is blue and has 101585A then it's the same as the OPs.

What results did you get? Please post all the info :)

I didnt do it yet. I just bought Mario Party 10 from Best Buy. Its a blue case. Im considering taking it back and getting a red one from ebay.

Edit: I just bought one from ebay. I bought the second wii U for load line. Not going to risk getting a game with an update above 5.3.2

I'm probably gonna go with smash or buy Splatoon. Since it's confirmed.

I would definitely go with mario party 10 ^^, I'm les confident about splatoon/yoshi than mario party 10. But it's your call :), besides what worse can happen? 5.4.0? I'm pretty sure when your disk was printed there was no 5.5.0 yet.

But anyway, it's your call :).

I would definitely take the risk if I were you ^^. Btw I had mario party 10 blue case too, it couldn't have 5.5.0 not 5.40 since I bought it used in the same week 5.4.0 was out.
