Hacking Mario Maker won't run at 5.3.2

I might have to get a 2nd Wii U at some point to play new games, unless of course like the Wii, Wii U disc updates can be blocked.

But all my games are on the first Wii U. If I bought a 2nd Wii U for game hacking and stuff, I wouldn't be able to use it until there was full on piracy. I'm not going to buy a 2nd cope of 3D World or anything else just to hack it.

I can confirm the disc update contains 5.4.0.
Just updated, and then I reset my DNS settings to update to 5.5.0 to play online.

Don't Play Super Mario Maker on 5.3.2 version!
This game tried to update to actual version!

You should be able to play super mario maker on 5.3.2. At least that was the version of the demo consoles running mario maker at SDCC 2015. Maybe I'm wrong since I'm talking about a demo game.
