Hi,
I've just spoofed to 5.5.1 my 5.3.2 WiiU.
I was quite sure to avoid all console updates requests when I put a disc..
But when I try to play to Super Mario Maker, it asks me to update the console (not the game) !
I thaught that the game was under 5.4.0 ??

Did I install the spoof in a bad way ?
What's happening ? :)

Thanx in advance for your help !

If your firmware is 5.5.1 in the settings menu then you're not getting a system update.

@Kafluke thank you very much for your help... In fact I have a partial update downloaded in the data management that I can't delete.
After asking google, I have formatted my WiiU. The partial update disappeared, but I have not the time to set the tubehax dsn that the update appears... It can't go to the end thanks to the tubehax dns but it makes me games to ask an update that I have to refuse before being able to play.

Any idea to avoid this partial download or to delete it without formatting ?

Thanx in advance for your help :)

If your games are asking to update and your system says 5.5.1 in the settings menu then it's a game update not a system update. You can either keep skipping the menu and play anyway or use WUP Installer and new-nusgrabber gui to update the game. Let me know if you need help with that.

Also there is a partial update remover app (search for it) if you cannot delete inside of data management

@Kafluke
oh very interesting, the app ! I have to find it :) And it is really a console update. The message (in french) says something like "In order to load the game update, do you want to update the console ?". A very clear message :)
I will try tomorrow to delete the partial update, and then download the update of Mario Maker and Mario Kart 8.
I never did this ! I will try by myself, and if I have problems, I will ask here ! Thanks again Kafluke for your precious help, it is really apreciated...
