Gaming Mario Kart Wii (WFC problem)

I can't download ghost data while i have a perfectly good connection and can play online using wfc.
What i am using is usb loader gx and i've softmoded my wii with the guide of this site.

Can anybody help me? Do i need to install a certain cios and if so which one?

To be more specific, this is the message i get:

A connection to the Internet could not
be established. WiiConnect24 cannot be
used. Please go to the Wii Settings and
check your Connection Settings under
Internet. For details, consult the
Wii operations Manual.

Error Code: 107031

The thing is my Internet connection works fine, i can play on line without being interrupted.
Frankly, the only thing i can't do is download ghost data. Naturally i tried searching the Error Code first but it also didn't get me any further.

Help would be greatly appreciated!
