Hacking Mario Kart Wii Custom Tracks

Ok so basically I've seen custom tracks on various websites for mario kart wii.
My wii is softmoded but I'm unsure how to find these tracks to download or what to do with them and use them once I do have them. So I guess my questions are:

Where can I download custome tracks for mario kart wii??
How do I install and use them?? (USB loader??)
Do they support local multiplayer??

Also what tracks would you recommend?

No offense but the tracks CTGP offers don't come anywhere near those in Wiimms:

Included in his link is all the info you'll need to get them running. Personally I suggest both the latest pack "Fun 2014/04" and the latest Retro pack as all you'll need to keep you happy for ages

As for local multiplayer play, some of the tracks might give you framerate problems, particularly if you put CPU racers on, but otherwise they're fine!
