is think there must be a way to make 200 cc on MK WII,is it possible to someone work on this ? i don't know almost anything on hacking, if i knew i would surely make it
You already can do this, just activate Ocarina cheats and look for the speed modifier one, change the values (the info for this is in the cheatfile txt) and done! 200cc in MK Wii

Also there is 200cc, 250cc, and 300cc.
Anything past 300cc [e.g. 350,400] results in map collision errors and the player will fall through the ground.
