This the one I use on my computer:G6 save converter. Try it and see if it works.

For the dualscene saves. You don't need to use the G6 game converter, I only use the G6 save converter to convert the .duc saves to .sav. For the dualscene saves just pick the save file that is .sav, then use the R4 save converter and it should work.
