Just wondering if anyone has any mario kart hax
You know, like changing kart speed, items, e.t.c

Yah what twiz said. Look under that, and try download usrcheat.dat. Then save it under your system folder in whatever card you're using.

I have an R4. Everything works fine, just that if I use a code, it doesn't stay.

This happened to me. I had to buy another microsd card. I first tried formatting the original one I was using and it still didn't work.

I think your case was different from mine. Codes stay for many other games. Its just that my Mario Kart is being stubborn and won't save all the trophies that i put in >_>
