Hacking Mario Kart Booster Pass not available???

I have Mario Kart 8 deluxe and the booster pass on ofw and on cfw the game will start but when i want to use content from the booster pass it wont let me... Anyone know a solution? Thanks in advance!

This usually happens when you don't have the dlc AND latest update installed. Latest update is 3.0.3. Make sure that is installed and try again.

by any chance, did you had access to the Booster Pass through the Nintendo Online Expansion Pack?
because if that's the case

I believe it will check for an internet connection to confirm your active suscription to access the content
at least, I asume it works like Game Pass games on Microsoft/Xbox if you installed it as a addition to a Nintendo Online Suscription

if you bought the pass yourself, this shouldn't happen
can't confirm about the Nintendo Online and if there's any difference of installing it from a suscription rather than buying the Booster Pass to own

Edit: asking, as if you are using CFW, that would block access to Nintendo Servers to protect against a console ban
are you a Nintendo Online suscriber, or did get to buy the Booster Pass for yourself?
