Gaming Mario and Sonic Winter Games DS

Hi all, i'm not sure if this is the right section so if it's wrong you can move it...

Anyway i have been playing with Mario and Sonic Winter Games on DS, and i been trying to clear the game 100%, but there are four missions i can't gold and 2 Staff Ghosts i can't beat, here are they:


Staff Ghosts:
- Skeleton
- bobsleigh

Missions I can't gold:

1- Sparkelton:
- Super Sonic Downhill - Go faster than 150km/h
- Super Sonic Downhill - Finish the race

2- Icepeack:
- Curling - Knock a stone away
- Snowboard Cross - Beat Wario and Waluigi

I was wondering if someone can help me to beat those even via cheat codes, maybe a code to get a mission gold easily or all missions gold at once, and one to slow down time for the ghost challenges, thanks!
