Oh shiz, a cease & desist from him would be scary :shit:

The hb app store for switch sticks to open-source homebrew afaik, and probably avoids stuff of questionable legality too. I guess the vita one is less bothered.
Did you just shit on the forum!? Ew!!

Your right about the Vita Scene being less concerned with legality, have you seen the app PKGj?

I've heard from literally some random guy that "VR, 3DS, PS1, and a Retro port for Windows 98 standards to see how the game would fare if it was release back then" are being worked on. then again, I've also heard that Mario 128 has been leaked, so I don't usually hear very credible things.

Once the internet has something, it never disappears. Even if Nintendo manages to purge every single upload of it, people have already downloaded and possible even archived on their own computer and can be reuploaded whenever.

This seems very shady for me. Maybe this build could have some type of malicious code.
Would be a pretty good trap for unsuspecting users if it does turn out to be malicious.
Just like my thoughts.

Maybe someone (like @blawar) trying to disguise as an Atlas team. Maybe to defame them.

And maybe there's a hidden brick timebomb in this .NSP, for example: it's a normal game for now, but on 15th May or someday it'll brick your console and erase PRODINFO, or even mess the voltage / HW calibration and ooops.

I am curious to know if any Texture Packs can be used, or even if it could be possible to create any of the M64 Mods.

Got all stars in first course, no problem. The only things I've noticed so far is the cannons where trickier to aim and there is a small glitch when loading into courses on the left hand side of the screen during the transition, though I think that's because of the widescreen, and is very minor.

So, all dramas aside, I'd like to thank whomever ported this to Switch, it's pretty amazing!
HD texture pack support would basically make this perfect!

Ugggghhhhhh, yes! It was driving me craaaazy!
I'd also like to point out that the default cannon trajectory(the floating island one, not sure about others) appears to be random? I don't remember that being the case on my N64 back in the day, but it's been about 20 years since I've played the original beyond seeing how it runs in emulators on every device I can get homebrew running on.
