Its not... About as much as 5%, AT BEST, and then the project was most-likely abandoned as it hasn't been updated in 1.5 - 2 years. Person calling it an English translation is an insult to the teams out there that actually commit to real English translations. Mind you they take 2-3 years to finish a project, but still infinately better than those petty translations that are over before they began.

Machine translations are never correct even with someone who has good grammar. Cleaning it up won't make it correct.
