Hi, I have a simple question.
Is it possible to manually patch NAND? For example, can I somewhat take 9.2 downgrade cia files and patch it manually with hex editor?? Like NFIRM downgrade, but straight to 9.2?

It isn't. If you can get a NAND backup of your system, why can't you hardmod downgrade the standard way?

Im just wondering if we can fix nand after flashing bad downgrade pack, wrong region for example. Because everything else, console specific part should be correct

If you install a wrong region, on a system that wasn't previously hacked, there's irreversible damage through any means.

If an unhacked system installs a bad downgrade pack, there's little you can do, since most ways of "repairing" it will make the system not accept the modified nand restore, and brick it further.
